RENTAL POLICIES

Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is typically required. We try to accommodate applicants with marginal credit, rental or employment histories by requiring a larger deposit.

Pet Policy: Dogs are NOT permitted. Cats that have been declawed and neutered are permitted. There is an additional $30 deposit and monthly rent for cats. Inquire about other pets.
